Products and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update listings, or cancel orders affected by clear mistakes.

Orders

An order confirmation means we received your order. We may cancel or refund orders we cannot fulfill, including orders affected by inventory, fraud checks, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors.

Returns

Returns are handled according to our Shipping and Returns page. Opened shuttlecock tubes are not returnable unless there is a verified fulfillment or transit issue.
