How orders ship, what's returnable.
Free ground shipping over $50, processed next business day, tubes packed so feathers arrive uncrushed. Returns within 30 days on anything unopened.
The fine print is short on purpose — the same rules apply to a single tube and a 100-tube club case.

Free shipping threshold
Free standard ground on all US orders over $50. Below $50, flat $7.95 ground. International rates calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific ship same business day. Orders after 1 PM ship the next business day. No weekend processing.
Transit time
Most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. West Coast usually 2–3 days, East Coast 4–5.
Climate-protected
Tubes ship in foam-lined cases. Winter orders to cold climates get an extra 24-hour acclimation note — open the box, let it room-temperature for half a day before play.
30 days, unopened, no questions.
Most badminton retailers treat opened tubes as non-returnable for the obvious reason: feathers degrade once a tube is unsealed. We follow the same rule — but anything unopened within 30 days goes back with no restocking fee.
Damaged shipments are different — those we replace at our cost, no return needed.
Unopened products
Return within 30 days of delivery. Full refund to original payment, minus return shipping ($7.95 flat). Email us first for an RMA number.
Opened tubes
Not returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect — wobble that affects flight, broken feathers out of the tube, etc. Email a photo and we'll review.
Damaged in transit
Crushed tubes, water damage, missing items — email a photo of the box and the contents within 5 days of delivery. We'll replace at our cost, no return required.
